Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with I’m With Jesus LLC. Each product is made to order, meaning your item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.

We want you to love what you wear. Every IWJ item is designed with purpose, quality, and everyday wear in mind. Because our products are made to order, our policies help us reduce waste while continuing to offer premium apparel at fair pricing.

All of our products are custom printed on demand. This means we do not keep inventory and cannot restock returned items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Please review all product details, sizing charts, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered production. 

Because all IWJ products are made to order, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

If an exception is approved by IWJ for a non-damaged item:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Returns must be shipped to the designated IWJ return address provided by support — not to our fulfillment partner
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Any items returned without authorization or outside the approved timeframe may be refused or discarded.

 

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion

“In some approved cases, IWJ may not require the item to be returned.” 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend sizing up.

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect orders

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
