No. Any approved return requests must be sent directly to the IWJ return address provided by our support team. At the cost of the customer. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or fulfillment facility.

IWJ reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items.

Because all IWJ products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it may already be in the process of being created and can no longer be modified or canceled.
