Every Order Is Made Just For You

All IWJ products are made to order. This means your apparel is created specifically for your order once checkout is completed.

This process helps us:

  • reduce waste
  • maintain premium quality
  • release limited designs
  • avoid mass-produced inventory

Because production begins quickly, orders may not be able to be modified or canceled once processing has started.

PROCESSING TIMES

Processing & Production Time

Most orders are processed and produced within:

3-5 Business Days

During high-volume periods, holidays, or new collection launches, production times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Shipping

Estimated U.S. delivery time:

3-7 Business Days

after production is completed.

TRACKING

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email with live shipment updates.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Multiple Package Deliveries

Some items may ship separately depending on:

  • product type
  • embroidery location
  • inventory routing
  • fulfillment partner location

If this happens, separate tracking updates may be sent.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

IWJ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before production begins.

LOST / DELAYED PACKAGES

Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package has been shipped.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

7 days of delivery

Include:

  • order number
  • photos of the issue
  • brief description

We will gladly work to resolve the issue.
