ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

All IWJ products are made to order and typically ship within 5–8 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed automatically.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $95.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our trusted fulfillment partners located within the United States.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Possibly. Some items such as hats, shirts, and specialty products may ship separately depending on the fulfillment location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with live tracking information.

SIZING & FIT

How do IWJ shirts fit?

Most IWJ shirts use premium unisex sizing with a modern athletic fit. For a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Do you offer women’s sizing?

Yes. Select collections include women-specific fits in addition to unisex styles.

Where can I find sizing charts?

You can view detailed sizing charts on each product page and on our Size Guide page.

Will shirts shrink after washing?

Minimal shrinkage may occur. For best results:

  • wash cold
  • tumble dry low
  • avoid high heat

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange items?

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Because all IWJ products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it may already be in the process of being created and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Are your hats embroidered?

Many IWJ hats feature professionally embroidered designs for a premium long-lasting finish.

How should I wash embroidered apparel?

Follow the instructions on the label. We recommend:

  • cold wash
  • gentle cycle
  • air dry or tumble low
  • avoid bleach
